Applying ML to Advance Diversity and Inclusion in the Workforce

Many areas in the world of work have been touched by the influence of AI and ML. Human Resources is not dissimilar in this regard. There have been significant advances in the application of advanced analytics in the space, most recently accelerated by the onset of the Covid-19 Pandemic. In this talk, Matthew and Simone will touch upon three distinct implementations of ML used to advance the Diversity and Inclusion agenda at HSBC: Productionalised ML; the research applications of ML; auditing black box models.
