Senior Customer Success Manager (This position has been filled)

About The Position

Intel® Tiber™ AI Studio is a full-stack data science platform that helps enterprises manage and scale AI. Its collaborative end-to-end solution enables companies to accelerate innovation and build high impact machine learning models.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager that can bring a broad range of technical and user support services to our company. If you are interested in joining a growing, dynamic, and successful startup where your work makes a significant impact on the entire team, then we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:

  • Genuinely excited to help customers and solve problems
  • Lead the technical aspects of projects and support multiple customers
  • Guide, demo and educate customers through technical recommendations during onboarding and on-going operations
  • Partner with sales team to secure new business, assisting technical post-sales engagement and support
  • Design and present best practices or customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high-proficiency of verbal and writing skills in English – a must
  • The right person has a distinct passion for SaaS solutions driving value, adoption and growth of solutions
  • A Bachelor or Master in information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate with customers in-person, on conference calls and through email
  • Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up with current technical trends, and being able to get your hands dirty at times
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and software development
  • Type S(startup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking and proactive
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  • Able to handle multiple projects and customers in parallel
  • You love teamwork and are committed to delivering a world-class customer experience
  • Some travel may be required
