About The Position

Responsibilities:
- Genuinely excited to help customers and solve problems
- Lead the technical aspects of projects and support multiple customers
- Guide, demo and educate customers through technical recommendations during onboarding and on-going operations
- Partner with sales team to secure new business, assisting technical post-sales engagement and support
- Design and present best practices or customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high-proficiency of verbal and writing skills in English – a must
- The right person has a distinct passion for SaaS solutions driving value, adoption and growth of solutions
- A Bachelor or Master in information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent
- Ability to communicate with customers in-person, on conference calls and through email
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up with current technical trends, and being able to get your hands dirty at times
- Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and software development
- Type S(startup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking and proactive
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
- Able to handle multiple projects and customers in parallel

- Some travel may be required
